The short answer is: we don't. The exhanged charged to you is handled strictly by your credit card company. Usually this means that whatever the exhange rate is between your country's currency and the Canadian dollar at the time of your order will be the rate charged to your credit card. As we don't handle this portion of the transaction, any exchange rate discrepancies you feel may exist with your order will have to be taken up with your credit card company and not Regent Bookstore.
