It all depends what you mean by "share". If you want to play the lecture at your church, bible study group or other public setting that is fine. If the situation is appropriate we would ask you to consider giving a small "plug" for the Regent Audio website so others can know where to purchase the lecture(s). You are not permitted to use our materials in any situation in which a fee is being charged.

You are also not allowed to make copies of our materials for distribution to friends, family or any other persons. You may make a copy of the lecture (on CD, tape, etc.) for personal use and backup purposes only. You may lend the CD to another person, but always with the intent of having them return it to you. Again, if the person finds our materials to be of benefit we ask that you would encourage the individual to visit the Regent Audio website to obtain their own copy.

You are also not permitted to post or share our materials on the Internet or through any broadcastings media in any way, shape or form. This is strictly prohibited. You may not post our mp3 files to a web or ftp site, share them using BitTorrent, Kazaa, Morpheus, Limelight or any file sharing software or website of any kind, or distribute them through e-mail. You are not permitted to broadcast them through any type of mass media (TV, radio, Podcast, etc.) of any kind.
