Description
Dr. Volf explores the question of how to practice faith well in all spheres of life, not just in families or in Christian communities. He asserts that in the public sphere, faith manifests two malfunctions: it is either redundant, doing virtually no positive work, or it is coercive and even violent. These lectures attend to these two malfunctions and offer suggestions about how to practice faith in all spheres of life in contemporary pluralistic societies.
