Behind the universal demand for credibility in leaders- both in for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises- is the need for soundness, incorruptibility and, as the New Testament defines integrity, "wholeness, completeness and single-mindedness." Albert M. Erisman is cofounder and codirector (with David Gill) of the Institute for Business, Technology and Ethics, as well as, the Executive in Residence at the School of Business and Economics at Seattle. He is the author of numerous technical papers and co-author of two books including Direct Methods of Space Matrices.

Robert Ekblad is Founder and Director of Tierra Nueva del Norte in Burlington, Washington, USA, with his wife, Gracie. He is also Associate Professor of Biblical Studies at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, Lecturer in Missiology and Old Testament at Westminster Theological Center in Cheltenham, UK, and Sessional Lecturer of Biblical Studies (Old Testament) at Regent College. He also serves as Chaplain for the Skagit County Jail in Mount Vernon, Washington. He is author of A New Christian Manifesto: Pledging Allegiance to the Kingdom of God and Reading the Bible with the Damned.

Patti Towler BA (University of King's College), LLB (Dalhousie University), LLM (University of San Diego), DipCS (Regent College). Patti Towler is the Vice President of External Relations for Regent College and a former Vancouver lawyer and mediator, who has lectured extensively in the areas of Christians in the workplace, dispute resolution skills for church leaders, and legal issues affecting religious organizations. She has recently produced a DVD on the subject of mentoring, and is a strong believer in fostering inter-generational relationships in the church.

Rod Wilson is former President and Professor of Counselling and Psychology at Regent College. He is the author of Counseling and Community and How Do I Help a Hurting Friend?, as well as the co-author of Exploring Your Anger and Helping Angry People.
