How do I order products?


When you have found a title you would like to order simply click on the "Add to Basket" button, located next to the title's images on either the products listing, search results or details pages. A message should then come up asking you to confirm this. Click "Ok" if you wish to proceed.

Please note that adding title to your shopping basket does not mean you have to purchase those products. Just like in a real bricks and mortar store you can "put things back on the shelf" if you wish. Click on either the "Shopping Basket" text in the main header navigation bar or anywhere you see a "View Basket" link.

The Checkout Page
Once you are satisfied with your basket contents click on the "Checkout" link to complete the order. Here you will enter in your address and other contact information. If you have created an acccount with us the information should already be filled in for you. Make sure you have entered an existing e-mail address under "Delivery Details" as it is here we will send your receipt and the links for the mp3 files.

Once you have completed this section click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Entering in your Credit Card Information
Regent Audio automatically processes credit cards, so it is important that the information is entered correctly exactly as it apppears on your card. For your security we also require the three digit security (or CVD) code located on the back of your credit card.

If the credit card fails for one reason or another you will receive a DECLINE message. If this happens it might be due to an error in entering your information. Click on the retry order link and try again. You will be taken back to the main checkout page. If you continue to have problems check to see that your address and phone number match that of your credit card statement.
