My credit card keep getting declined. What should I do?


Most rejected credit card transactions happen for the following reasons:

  • You have incorrectly entered your credit card or security code number.
  • You have incorrectly entered your expiration date.
  • The name on the card does not match the name you've entered. They usually have to be exact.
  • You credit card limit has been reached.
  • You have used a cancelled credit card.
  • Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).

Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the checkout page and proceed from there.

If you're still encountering problems and are sure you're credit card is ok please contact us and we will try to process the order manually. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card information. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website.
