When an order has been successfully completed you are given instructions on how to download the files. These instructions are repeated below:

1. Go to the Your Account section (the link can be found in the main navigation bar in the page header) and click on the My Orders link. Your order number, status and date should be here. Locate the order you wish to download and click on the "view details" link. The link(s) for your files should be located on the order details page under the column "Links". Click on the link(s) to download the mp3(s). If you don't see a links column that means your order is more than 30 days old and the download period time has expired. Please contact us to have it extended.
   
2. Use the links in the e-mail that is sent to you once the order is complete. PLEASE NOTE, however, that due to the ever increasing security and spam filters on e-mail these days not all of our order messages always get through. If you haven't received an e-mail from us you can request it again, but it's quicker to go to the Your Account section and use the website method (described above) to obtain the files.
   
   To ensure that our e-mail messages do get through please add regentaudio@regent-college.edu to your list of trusted addresses.
   

The links for your order will either be a single mp3 file or a series of them, depending on the length of the recording. Complete classes are usually divided into individual lectures.
