Robert Ekblad is a Chaplain for the Skagit County Jail in Mount Vernon, Washington, the Executive Director/Pastor of the Tierra Nueva del Norte—a ministry to Hispanic migrant farm workers, and a sessional lecturer of Biblical Studies (Old Testament) at Regent College.
