During our first few months of operation we discovered that the e-mails that were generated by our ordering system sometimes went astray. Spam filters, while very useful and necessary, have been know to trash legitimate messages as well as junk mail, and this was on occasion happening to our customers.

Therefore, as we want to ensure that you are able to download the files you have ordered we now make it mandatory that you create an account with us before ordering. While the links will still be sent out by e-mail, this will also allow you to download the links right from the website using the Your Account section, ensuring you have access to your files.

We must emphasize that we will not use the information gathered during the account creation for sending out general newsletters and the like. To receive store news and updates you must sign-up to receive newsletters using the Subscribe box on the home page. If the need arises we may occasionally send out messages to our clients to inform them of system issues and other problems that arise which may affect orders.
