Barbara Mutch is the Vice-President Academic, the Charles Bentall Professor of Pastoral Studies and the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Carey Theological College. Prior to her appointment at Carey, she served as the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church, Regina, for fifteen years. Barbara has been involved in teaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and mentoring others throughout her career both within the pastoral context and as a Professor.

Robert Paul is senior pastor of the West Side Church in Richland, Washington. He is the author of Growing Leaders: The Art of Nurturing Leaders for Christian Ministry which is an integrative study of the biblical basis for leadership and current leadership theory as applied in the local church.

Darrell W. Johnson is Senior Minister at First Baptist Church in Vancouver and former Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Regent College. Before coming to Regent he served for 30 years as Preaching Pastor for churches in the United States and the Philippines. He continues to teach as a sessional lecturer at Regent College.

Rikk E. Watts is Professor of New Testament at Regent College. Previously, he served as an instructor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Wycliffe Hall at Oxford University, La Trobe University, and the Bible College of Victoria (now the Melbourne School of Theology). He is author of Isaiah's New Exodus in Mark, as well as a founding member of On Being, an Australian Christian magazine.
