Description
"These are crucified hands: hands that still bear the marks of pain and cruelty and humiliation; hands that have been plunged in the fiery crucible of human history, utterly at the mercy of heartless and seemingly uncontrollable forces. But they're my hands. They speak of my identity. THIS IS ME."
In this sermon from Spring 2016, Iwan Russell-Jones probes Jesus's invitation to Thomas in John 20. Why are hands so central to human identity? And what does it matter that our times are in the hands of the crucified and risen Lord?
