John Lukacs taught history at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia until his retirement. He held professorships at many universities, including Columbia, Tufts, Johns Hopkins and the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of Five Days in London, Thread of Years and Hitler of History.
