John Glenndon Flett is co-founder (with his wife Sherry) and Executive Director of Long-term Inmates Now in the Community (LINC), based in Mission British Columbia. LINC was formed, in line with correctional philosophy, for the purpose of aiding "its members in finding ways to break the cycle of incarceration and to create fulfilling meaningful lives.
