Description

When we pray the Lord's prayer, we may not realize that we are asking to participate in God's ordering of the world. Pursing the question of what it means to say 'Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,' this talk explores how the Bible presents human vocation and divine justice. Although 'social justice' may be a loaded term for many, we cannot avoid it because biblical salvation refers not merely to the salvation of souls but to the restoration of God's kingdom in the world as lived out by his redeemed people.
