Alister E. McGrath is Andreas Idreos Professor of Science and Religion at the University of Oxford. He is author of many books, including A Scientific Theology,The Twilight of Atheism: The Rise and Fall of Disbelief in the Modern World, Dawkins' God: Genes, Memes, and the Meaning of Life, and The Dawkins Delusion? Atheist Fundamentalism and the Denial of the Divine.n

Bruce Waltke is Professor Emeritus in Old Testament Studies at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is the author of Genesis: A Commentary, Creation and Chaos, Finding the Will of God: A Pagan Notion?, An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax, and commentaries on Micah. He also served on the translation committee of the NIV Bible.

Charles R. Ringma is Professor Emeritus of Missions and Evangelism at Regent College. He is author of many books, including Gadamer's Dialogical Hermeneutic, Cry Liberation: With Voices from the Developing World, and Seek the Silences With Thomas Merton: Reflections on Identity, Community and Transformative Action.

Darrell W. Johnson is Senior Minister at First Baptist Church in Vancouver and former Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Regent College. Before coming to Regent he served for 30 years as Preaching Pastor for churches in the United States and the Philippines. He continues to teach as a sessional lecturer at Regent College.

Earl F. Palmer is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Princeton Theological Seminary. Since 1991 he has been pastor of University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, Washington. His other books include The Book That John Wrote, Salvation By Surprise, and Prayer Between Friends.

Gary A. Haugen is President and CEO of International Justice Mission in Washington, DC. He has authored numerous articles on foreign affairs, international law and human rights. He is the author of Good News About Injustice and Terrify No More

Iain W. Provan is the E. Marshall Shepherd Professor of Biblical Studies (Old Testament) at Regent College. He has previously taught at King's College London, the University of Wales, and the University of Edinburgh. He is author of Seriously Dangerous Religion: What the Old Testament Really Says and Why it Matters, Convenient Myths: The Axial Age, Dark Green Religion, and the World that Never Was, commentaries on 1 & 2 Kings, Ecclesiastes & Song of Songs, and Lamentations, and co-author (with V. Phillips Long and Tremper Longman III) of A Biblical History of Israel. He is also a Life Member of Clare Hall, Cambridge.

James I. Packer is the Board of Governors' Professor of Theology at Regent College. His many books include Knowing God and Rediscovering Holiness.

Jeremy S. Begbie is Thomas A. Langford Research Professor at Duke Divinity School. He was previously the Associate Principal of Ridley Hall, Cambridge, as well as an Affiliated Lecturer in the Faculty of Divinity, University of Cambridge, and an Honorary Professor of Theology at the Institute for Theology, Imagination, and the Arts at St. Mary's College, University of St. Andrews, in Scotland. He is the author of Music in God's Purposes, Voicing Creation's Praise: Towards a Theology of the Arts, and Theology, Music and Time.

Karen H. Jobes is Gerald F. Hawthorne Professor of New Testament Greek and Exegesis at Wheaton College. BA (Trenton State College, presently the College of New Jersey), MSc (Rutgers University), MAR in Biblical Studies, PhD (Westminster Theological Seminary). She is an executive committee member of Today's New International Version Committee on Bible Translation. She has written The NIV Application Commentary: Esther, and The Alpha-Text of Esther: Its Character and Relationship to the Masoretic Text.

Paul Barnett was the Anglican Bishop of North Sydney in Australia and is Teaching Fellow, Biblical Studies, Regent College. Lecturer, Moore Theological College, Sydney. THL (Moore Theological College), MA (Sydney), BDS, ThSchol, PhD (University of London). He is author of Jesus and the Logic of History, as well as commentaries on Mark, Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians and Revelation

Paul S. Helm is Teaching Fellow at Regent College. He has served as President of the British Society of the Philiosophy of Religion and authored numerous books including Eternal God: A Study of God without Time and Faith Understanding.

Quentin J. Schultze is a native Chicagoan who earned a Ph.D. in communication from the Institute of Communications Research at the University of Illinois. His scholarly publications have appeared in several dozen journals. He has also written over a hundred articles for general-interest and religious periodicals. Dr. Schultze has reviewed manuscripts for a dozen trade and university presses and several dozen scholarly journals. He is Professor of Communication Arts & Sciences at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Ralph C. Wood is University Professsor of Theology and Literature at Baylor University. There he has taught award-winning courses that are devoted to the relation of Christian faith to imaginitive literature. He is the author of The Comedy of Redemption: Christian Faith and Comic Vision in Four American Novelists., Contending for the Faith: The Church's Engagement with Culture, The Gospel According to Tolkien: Visions of the Kingdom in Middle-earth and Flannery O'Connor and the Christ-Haunted South.

Rod Wilson is former President and Professor of Counselling and Psychology at Regent College. He is the author of Counseling and Community and How Do I Help a Hurting Friend?, as well as the co-author of Exploring Your Anger and Helping Angry People.

Susan S. Phillips is Executive Director and Professor of Christianity and Sociology at New College Berkeley (an affiliate of the Graduate Theological Union in California). Susan is keenly interested in how engaging the caring practices will shape us spiritually. She is a certified spiritual director (Mercy Center, Burlingame, California) and has practised spiritual direction since the early 1990s. She edited (with Patricia Benner) The Crisis of Care and her most recent book is Candlelight: Illuminating the Art of Spiritual Direction.
