Description
Noting the deficit in theological teaching on the subject of miracles, Rikk Watts argues that miracles are prophetic signs pointing to what Jesus is doing. Watts argues that the Jews were not expecting the Messiah to perform miracles, and Jesus' miracles show God's power and proclaim His Kingdom. In his lecture Watts juxtaposes destructive and futile power without tears and the healing power of God exemplified through Jesus' tears.
