AWARDING PRIZES

  1. Within one week of the end of the Contest, a random draw will be conducted by the Contest App. The first selected contestant to correctly answer the mandatory mathematical skill-testing question shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting all the conditions described in these rules. Non-Canadian residents may be exempted from the skill-testing question, based on their local laws.
  2. Within one week after the draw, winners will be contacted using the email address provided for contest entry and should claim their prize as instructed by Regent Audio no later than 7 days after the date they are initially contacted. If email proves unsuccessful, Regent Audio may attempt to use other legally accessible contact data on file (for instance, a customer account where applicable). If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days following the first attempt of contact, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, or declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and the Sponsor has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.
  3. Regent Audio is not responsible for any technological limitations on the part of the winner that impede or prohibit the ability to receive the prize. Regent Audio will only provide downloadable versions of the prize, and will not distribute the prize via any sort of hard media (USB drive, thumb drive, etc.)
  4. The winner agrees to use these files for personal purposes only and not distribute them via any method to other listeners. Should the winner found to be in breach of this clause, Regent Audio reserves the right to claim from the winner the total value of the distributed files.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest.
  10. Regent Audio reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on the Website.
