Peter Shaw MCS (Regent College), MSc (Bradford University), MSc (Durham University) is an executive coach, facilitator and writer. He is a partner in Praestra Partners and his books include The Four Vs of Leadership, Finding Your Future and Mirroring Jesus as Leader.

Dr. Clive Lim is the founder and Managing Director of Leap International, a family investment firm based in Singapore. He is also the founder and board member of TeleChoice International Limited, a telecom retailer and system integrator listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange. When Clive started TeleChoice International Limited in 1999, it was with a team of five employees. Today, Telechoice employs two thousand people in offices throughout Southeast Asia.
