Description
This course considers the place of intentional spiritual practice in the life of the Christian believer and the life of the church, along with the interplace of the two. "Spiritual practice" is about intentionality in the pursuit of the holiness that is the gift of the Spirit. The course lectures will stress that the Christian is not a self-constructed entity, and that the church is not constituted by strategic planning, but rather that the individual Christian and the church are animated and sustained by union with Christ and the fullness of the Spirit.
