Description
Three women give their perspectives as women in ministry about women in ministry. The questions that are asked of them are; 'What would you most like men (and other women) to know about how you experience ministry as a woman (i.e. what might the blind spot be)? How can the challenging aspects of this be redeemed in order that we can as churches and parachurch organizations better reflect the kingdom of God and be more missional?' This is a roundtable lecture given during the 2007 Pastor's Conference.
