Tremper Longman III is Robert H. Gundry Professor of Biblical Studies at Westmont College. His works include books on the Christian life, commentaries and other reference books, as well as contributions to scholarly discussions. The lecture will end with a consideration of the importance of biblical wisdom in the formation of people in the 21st century.
