Vic Jackopson grew up in an orphanage in England, lived on the streets until he was 18 and, when he was caught house-breaking, served time in prison. He became a Christian at that time and trained to become a pastor. In 1985, he founded Hope Now, an agency that builds orphanages and rescue shelters.
