Description
With the musical assistance of Steve Bell, Bruce Hindmarsh outlines a history of hymns of devotion to Christ. Citing historical examples of songs that communicated the theology of the Church throughout the centuries, Hindmarsh holds that our theology of Christ must be equal to our devotion to Christ in worship because the hymns of a generation of Christians are a crowning statement of the spiritual ideals of that generation.
