Description
We live the Christian life out of a rich tradition of formation-by-resurrection. Jesus' resurrection provides the energy and resources by which we "walk before the Lord in the land of the living" (Ps. 116:9). And yet, the do-it-yourself, self-help culture of North America has so thoroughly seeped into our imaginations that we hardly pay attention to the biggest thing of all - resurrection. This series attempts to recover our resurrection centre and embrace the formation traditions that develop out of it. The lectures explore three aspects of Jesus' resurrection that define and energize us:
- Resurrection Wonders
- Resurrection Meals
- Resurrection Friends
